Surface Mount Technology Rework

OVERVIEW:
Acquire knowledge to successfully perform rework on printed wiring assemblies utilizing surface mount technology, with an emphasis on correct rework methods in order to reduce or eliminate repairs. The advantages of a successful rework program include prolonged equipment life, the recovery of valuable product, the reduction of scrap and savings by reducing or eliminating repair.
